Do you typically remember your dreams? If not, you’re about to. This is ACTIVATING! ((I warned you)).
Your intuition (guides, angels, God, whatever you want to call it) will speak to you through the path of least resistance. And often, for many of us, it comes through dreams. Your dreams can hold incredibly powerful messages of change, love, resolve, strength, and connection.
I’ll be honest, I don’t typically remember my dreams. But, when I began reading my friend Jillian’s blog and spending time talking about dreams with her, it activated something within me. I had a string of powerful dreams which I then EXPLORED with Jillian. It led me to make some changes in my business and in my self empowerment journey.
Ok, ok, so without further adieu I want to introduce you to my soul sister who has a magical gift.
Hi! Allow me to introduce myself. I’m Jillian, and I’m a dreamer. Just like you.
I’m taking a year to discover everything I can about dreaming. Each week I’ll be choosing a different herb, mushroom, or theory on dreamwork and I’ll put it to the test. Each day I’ll report back on what happened the night before. It’s going to be incredible. You can read more about me and my journey here.
I’m also going to be teaching you about dreams. How to use them to help you discover the messages they’re sharing with you, and working through dream troubleshooting with you too, such as processing nightmares and recalling your dreams. How can I help you? Let’s work on it together.
So, what makes me an expert on this? Well, I’m not an expert. I’m just a girl with a passion for dreaming, the gift of intuition, and the spirit to pursue my dreams. I hope you’ll join me on this journey and discover so much about yourself along the way.

My most recent blog:
“What is really incredible about dreams is that when you start to pay attention to them, nurture them, reflect on them, journal about them, and care for them, they really start to grow and give some love back to you. Last night was the perfect example of that happening. Read more here…“
